Global biopharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb has leased 208,000 square feet at 100 Binney across floors one to five through at least 2030, and Facebook has leased 129,636 square feet across the building’s top three floors. Venture-backed biotech startups Foghorn Therapeutics, Sigilon Therapeutics, Tango Therapeutics and TCR2 Therapeutics have each leased approximately 22,000 square feet at 100 Binney. The building will also include ground-floor retail and an underground parking garage.
