Project Summary

108 Leonard Street, Tribeca, New York, NY

This Renaissance-Revival palace in Lower Manhattan was built in 1898, and included a thirteen-story addition by architectural firm McKim, Mead & White, whose designs for the first Madison Square Garden and Pennsylvania Station heavily influenced some of New York’s most iconic architecture. In 1987, 108 Leonard Street was designated as a New York City landmark. This 419,000-square-foot Tribeca property will be redeveloped as a mixed-use combination of luxury residences, hotel space, a 15,000-square-foot community space, and a parking facility.
